James Faber

I am a creative from Brampton, Ontario, Canada who has been exploring my surroundings through the art of photography since 2009. What started then as a simple hobby and pastime, has now become one of my greatest passions. I often cover large concerts/events, do portrait photo shoots, and just about everything in between. 

The core of my passion is fueled by my love of people. This explains why making portraits is my favorite thing to do. I can't explain how many times a simple photograph has brought happiness, joy, and countless memories to many people around me. I have been crafting an art of getting people to feel at home in front of a camera - which is hard to do. It is definitely worthwhile when you see that my photos don't just capture a face, but a sense of the personality that goes along with it. 

It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words. I would argue that a photo is worth so much more when measured by the volume of emotion contained within the ink. Whether the picture is a timeless smile, a source of laughter, or the unlocking of memories from times past, these are things that cannot be described by words alone.
